Broadband outage resolved

The incident which affected some broadband users this morning has now been resolved. 

A main network operation centre belonging to one of our suppliers suffered a power cut as of 9:13AM due to external works in the local area.  Automatic fail over power proved to be unstable and there was some service interruption to voice and data services for a number of customers, while services were re-routed to resilient locations. We have been advised that services are fully recovered and running correctly on resilient power. We apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused.
