Broadband Outage - resolved

We have been notified by our supplier that the outage which had affected a small number of our broadband customers this morning is now resolved.

The incident report is as follows:

Investigations by our NOC and network support team identified that a routing card had failed on a router at Telehouse North. Routing functionality was moved onto an alternative card by our network support team to restore service. This was completed at 11:46hrs and monitoring has not identified any further issues. A CSR has been raised to Ericsson requesting a root cause of the card failure. As no further issues have been identified during monitoring we can now confirm closure to this incident.
