Update on broadband outage

A small number of our broadband customers are unable to connect to their service this morning.  Our suppliers have now identified the cause and are working to rectify the issue.

We have seen some customers are now connecting and hope to resolve the issue completely very soon.

Thank you for your patience and we will update as soon as the issue is rectified.
