Posted by John Patterson on 15 February 2019 02:02 PM
16/02/19 - 11:25 - The broadband outage has been resolved.  The repair of the broken fibre resulted in the failure of another providers equipment upstream of our realm.  Once this was replaced normal service resumed.

There is currently a broadband outage affecting a number of customers nationwide.  Users will see their routers log in and then periodically drop connection.  It is being investigated by engineers and we expect an update within the hour.
