Broadband outage resolved 17:57

Starting at 16:20 NTE received a number of reports from customers experiencing loss of broadband service.  The matter was swiftfly investigated and found to be a radius issue on the Carrier's network.  The issue was resolved at 17:57.  If you continue to have issues please reboot your broadband router to restart the service (please power down the router for at least 10 minutes).  If problems continue please raise a ticket to support@nte.works.

OUTAGE RESOLVED 19:41 14th Dec 2020  Please see TTB link for more details.  If you continue to have issues please reboot your router to restart the service.  If problems continue please raise a ticket to support@nte.works.

Limited Ethernet and Broadband Outage - 26th November 2020 - ISSUE RESOLVED

We have been notified that the issue has now been resolved. The outage was caused by the failure of a fibre link within the Virgin network. Traffic has now been rerouted.  Affected services should now be online.  If you continue to have issues could you please raise a ticket to support@nte.works and our team will talk you through some basic checks to restore your service.

Limited Ethernet and Broadband Outage - 26th November 2020 Update

There is current outage with an upstream network provider, impacting some NTE leased line and broadband customers, resulting in network congestion and intermittent connection.  We understand network engineers are currently working on the issue and we will provide updates to this page as soon as we receive more information or you can also raise a ticket to support@nte.works.

Reports of Network congestion for some broadband customers - 26th November 2020

We have received a report of a network outage with a network provider upstream of NTE, resulting in congestion and internet drop outs with some NTE customer broadbands.  This is being investigated by network engineers and we will provide an update shortly.
